MOISTURE EVALUATION
OUR PROCESS
Once the moisture areas are located, we document and evaluate the affected areas so that the correct action may take place, whether it be to start the drying process or remove infected building materials that have been severely damaged by the moisture.
During this process, the source of the excess moisture is found, controlled, and all signs of affected building materials are contained and disposed of.

OUR EXPERT EQUIPMENT
The moisture detection equipment that Air IQ uses include multiple versions of moisture meters and infrared thermal imaging cameras. By using this equipment, the results are far more detailed and measurable when assessing where moisture is coming from.
Thermal imaging camera and moisture meter results are used in the process of moisture mapping. This process is essentially the assessment of these results to map out where the moisture is coming from and how high the level of moisture is in each area we find to be affected.
